At Lit. Candle Co., we take pride in our hand-poured candles and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace or refund it.
To request a return or exchange:

Contact us at hello@litcandleco.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.

We will review your request and provide next steps.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues.
